BusinessSchools.com was created in 1997, and following a strong response, other directories soon followed. Education.org was formed in August of 2001 to help unify our offerings. Joe Mellett, Sean Davidson, Ward Allebach Ward and Joe had became friends in college through Alpha Phi Omega (The National Service Fraternity), and, a year later (1987), they and two other friends organized and completed "4,200 Miles for Kids," a cross country bicycle trip to raise money for Big Brothers Big Sisters and United Cerebral Palsy.
